Column 3:  12. [baptized on the 12^th day of this month].

Column 4:   Of the year of the Lord one-thousand-eight-hundred-forty-third, of the month of July, of the twelfth day; in Lieplaukė Roman Catholic branch-parish Church; baptized with water and holy chrism (was) a baby named Jonas; by Rev. Motiejus Macevičius, vicar of that church.

Column 5:  the son of peasants Kazimieras and Agota née MažeikaitėNarmontai ["the Narmontases"], lawfully married spouses; of the present year of the month of July of the twelfth day; born in the town Lieplaukė in Alsėdžiai parish.

Column 6:  Nobleman Antanas Stančikas with Marijona, and Pranciška, the wife of peasant Pranciškus Jundulas, served as godparents.

Jonas, the son of peasants Kazimieras Narmontas and his wife Agota née Mažeikaitė, was born on July 12, 1843 in the town of Lieplaukė.  He was baptized on the same day in Lieplaukė Roman Catholic church by Rev. Motiejus Macevičius.  The godparents were nobleman Antanas Stančikas and Marijona Jundulienė, the wife of peasant Pranciškus Jundulas.
