Column 5: Po pracowitym niegdyś Andrzeju Petreyk(o?) pozostała wdowa mająca od urodzenia _niey wię_y lat osmdziesiąt tegoż Koscioła Olsiadskiego parafianka, zostawiła po sobie synow dwo(ch?) Jerzego i Leona, i corką Agatą.

Column 3: 80. [(estimated) age at death].
Column 4: Of the year of the Lord one-thousand-eight-hundred-thirty-seventh, of the month of June, of the nineteenth day; in the village Vilkaičiai in Alsėdžiai parish, died peasant Kristina Gegužytė Petreikienėof old age; (she was) given the sacraments ["last rites"].
Column 5: surviving widow after deceased peasant Andriejus Petreikis, having from birth ___ ___ years eighty, of this Alsėdžiai church a parishioner; (she was) survived by two sons, Jurgis and Leonas, and a daughter Agota.
Column 6: the body of whom by Rev. Motiejus Macevičius, Lieplaukė vicar, of the current year of the month of June of the twentieth day, was buried in the Lieplaukė branch parish cemetery.

Kristina Petreikienė, née Gegužytė, the widow of Andriejus Petreikis; peasant, 80 years old; died of old age in the village Vilkaičiai in Alsėdžiai parish on June 19, 1837. She was survived by sons Jurgis and Leonas, and a daughter Agota. On June 20, 1837 her body was buried in the Lieplaukė cemetery by Rev. Motiejus Macevičius.
