Anno D~ni [Domini] 1815 die 13. Julij Mortua eʃt Martha Moźeykowa Uxor anno~ 40– de Villa Wiłkaycie Par. [Parochiæ] Ols: [Olsiadensis] Sacramentis Penitentiæ, SS~mi Viatici, et Extremæ Unctionis munita, Cujus Corpus Sepultum eʃt in Cæmeterio Parochiali–.
MY TRANSLATION OF THE RECORD (translated from Latin into English, except names translated into modern Lithuanian):
In the year of the Lord 1815 on day 13 of July died Morta Mažeikienė, wife [of surviving husband], 40 years, of the village Vilkaičiai in Alsėdžiai parish. (She was) fortified with the sacraments of Penance, holy Viaticum, and Extreme Unction ["last rites"]. Her body was buried in the [Lieplaukė] parish cemetery.
